Comprehensive medical history
Evaluation of symptoms and goals
Preventative health screening such as diabetes risk, cardiovascular health and cancer screening as needed
Review of previous and current bloodwork - determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you
Customized treatment plan which may include hormone replacement therapy, lifestyle modifications and vitamin/supplements recommendations
Referral to other specialists if appropriate
